The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a powerful creative tool that unlocks knowledge and ideas with equal participation from everyone.
It is a creative way to connect our intuition to our knowledge promoting understanding leading to solutions to many different challenges. Additionally, it aligns our vision and values with the company’s mission and purpose.

I am a certified LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® and a member of the Association of Master Trainers.
The process begins with an interview to clarify the challenge and goal, develop the plan for the workshop and identify the desired result.
Each workshop is tailored to a specific challenge and solution for individuals, teams, companies and organizations. They can last from three hours depending on the company’s preferences and the nature of the challenge.
