I work as an international consultant and facilitator, focusing on creative methods for success and wellbeing.

I offer courses, workshops and lectures for workplaces, companies and institutions. I lead strategic planning using both traditional methods and the LEGO ^® SERIOUS PLAY ^® method unlocking ideas, knowledge and creative solutions.

I also give lectures and keynotes, and participate in discussions at conferences and other events.

My passion is to empower others to grow and succeed by unlocking their potential and sharing my insights and experiences.

What I offer

Courses and workshops

I offer a variety of courses and workshops that are well suited for those who want to gain more knowledge of scientifically proven methods to increase their wellbeing and achieve more success. I emphasize creative and interactive methods in my workshops to unlock the full potential of the participants. I also offer custom designed workshops and courses.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Is a powerful creative method for uncovering knowledge, solutions and ideas through faclitated workshops in the complex space where creativity and business development meet. I am a certified facilitator in the method. Each workshop begins with an interview to identify the challenges and desired results.

Lectures and consultation

I have worked as an international consultant for many years in creative leadership, arts management and cultural strategies. My projects have included strategic planning and development of cultural institutions amongst others. My lectures often focus on evidence-based ways to increase wellbeing, leadership and creative methods, but can also be custom designed.
